Summary: Room was small but lovely. Extremely comfortable. My only negative was that the room location was in a small corridor off the main hallway on my floor - not ideal for a woman travelling alone.

Summary: Beautiful place to stay. Service was impeccable. The only negative point is related to the sound proofing of the rooms. We could hear the next room the same as if they were with us in the room. This point was disappointing considering the price and the rest of the high standard of this hotel. However, will probably go back.

Summary: Iconic and Historic place. We enjoyed expericing it..Staff were excellent. Restaurant Zoe's was very good in ambience and quality. For Fairmont, we were however disappointed with some of amenities. Wifi was practically non-existant in the room we stayed at. The window coverings were inadequate. Surprised to find no drapes that we could.draw to close the window. There was light from the street in the room which made for very poor sleep. Room.dark darkening curtains one could.draw over the blinds would be good.

Summary: The building is a historic wonder. The staff were welcoming, kind and informative. Mostly, the staff and food at Zoe were what made the visit so memorable. We will be back!
